S.E.E.D.S. , Surrogacy, Embryo and Egg Donor Services has been offering a comprehensive and successful Egg Donation program to recipients who are married, single, lesbian or gay since 1999.

S.E.E.D.S. specializes in matching Egg Donors with Recipients in New York State, the New York Metropolitan Area, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania.

We have members of our staff who are fluent in French and Spanish and can provide services in French and Spanish.

Our Egg Donors reside throughout the United States, with a primary focus on the Northeastern United States.

Donor eggs offer the possibility of having a child to women whose ovaries do not produce viable eggs or who have had multiple IVF cycles and failed to achieve a pregnancy. By using In-Vitro Fertilization (IVF) eggs that are obtained from the ovaries of an Egg Donor are fertilized with the sperm provided by the partner or a donor and are transferred into the uterus of the recipient mother. Unlike surrogacy or adoption, egg donation gives the recipient the wonderful opportunity of experiencing pregnancy and giving birth.

  • We encourage Recipients to come to our office for the initial consultation to meet our staff and discuss the different topics that are involved in each S.E.E.D.S. program. We will review the characteristics wanted in the Egg Donor, legal aspects and financial considerations, confidentiality, anonymity and egg donation issues.

  • During the initial consultation you will be able to be relaxed, comfortably while you review all the Egg Donor Profiles and their pictures.

  • We understand your life and your needs; S.E.E.D.S. offers a flexible schedule with evening and weekend appointments.
  • S.E.E.D.S is located in Hamlin, PA. We are at driving distance from Manhattan, Upstate New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Pennsylvania
  • Fill out and submit the application form with a non-refundable fee of $ 185
  • The matching process begins.

 

S.E.E.D.S. Center believes it is important for you to be as informed as possible about the Egg Donor with whom you are matched. The Egg Donor candidates go through an extended personal interview and counseling designed to help an Egg Donor educate herself about egg donation; and to determine if egg donation is right for her.

Meeting every Egg Donor candidate in person enables S.E.E.D.S. to answer the recipient’s questions with regard to the Egg Donor candidate’s personality, medical history, personal and physical characteristics and commitment to the program.

Our Egg Donors are a select group of young women who have been screened and approved based on the guidelines of ASRM, SART and the FDA.

S.E.E.D.S. offers a comprehensive and successful Egg Donor program based on personal interviews and counseling with the Egg Donor Candidates.

  • All of our Egg Donors are medically and psycho-socially screened after their initial application is accepted.
  • If she is accepted into our program, we schedule a meeting with the candidate.
  • Each Egg Donor completes a personal profile of herself and a medical and genetic screening questionnaire.
  • Egg Donors complete a questionnaire that is in compliance with the latest FDA guidelines.
  • The Egg Donors in our program are 21 to 32 years of age.
  • Egg Donors are pre-screened for HIV, Hepatitis, infectious diseases, medical disorders (such as diabetes), illicit drug usage and alcohol usage.
  • Once Egg Donors are Matched, they must have a complete medical and physical examination, psychological evaluation and screening for STD’s.

S.E.E.D.S. was conceived for the purpose of helping couples and individuals realize their dream of having a family through third party reproduction. Today egg donation is being viewed as a safe and sound way to build a family; families are turning to third party reproduction as an alternative to choosing adoption.

S.E.E.D.S. offers personalized attention, ongoing counseling and support to the Recipients and Egg Donor during the cycle.

S.E.E.D.S. uses a team approach by assisting and working in conjunction with the Recipients, Egg Donor, the Fertility Clinic and Lawyer during your Egg Donation journey.

SEEDS

Most couples and individuals have been through many infertility trials and spent large amounts of time and money before they approach egg donation. At S.E.E.D.S. couples and individuals may see profiles of Egg Donor candidates and discuss their issues, doubts and fears, prior to their commitment to the program.

S.E.E.D.S. is a member of SART and follows all the guidelines from ASRM and all FDA regulations for preliminary Egg Donor screening.

  • The First Step is selecting your Egg Donor (Matching)
  • The Egg Donor will have her FSH test and Ultrasound at the Fertility Clinic selected by the Recipients
  • The Egg Donor will go to the Fertility Clinic for an interview, medical visit and screening
  • The Egg Donor will have a Psychological Evaluation
  • The Egg Donor will start taking oral contraceptives
  • Medical synchronization of the cycle starts
  • The Egg Donor starts the stimulation medication for about 12 to 14 days
  • The Egg Retrieval
  • The Egg Fertilization
  • The Embryo Culture
  • The Embryo Transfer

The anticipated total for the Egg Donor matching process is in the $ 8,000 to $ 11,000 range.

The Egg Donor Compensation is $ 5,000 to $ 8,000.

The Egg Donor receives compensation for her time, effort, risk and commitment.

The S.E.E.D.S. Coordination Fee is paid at the time the matching process starts.

There are no hidden costs or complicated payment schedules, all fees are predetermined and in writing.

Please contact S.E.E.D.S. for a detailed breakdown of the expected fees for the Egg Donor Program.

The fees for outside professionals such as Fertility Clinic, physician, laboratory and pharmacy, are not included and they are determined by them.

If you have a specific fertility specialist you are working with every attempt is made for the Egg Donor to receive services in the same location.

Most screening and monitoring is done at the reproductive medical center of the recipients.

S.E.E.D.S. is located in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, whose laws are amenable to third party reproduction. Couples or individuals receiving services from S.E.E.D.S. do not need to be residents of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
